Our standard rate for individual therapy sessions ranges from $155 to $165, depending on the provider and service. We are happy to discuss options and help you find a plan that fits your needs.

We offer several intensive therapy options based on your goals and availability.

• 3-hour intensives range from $465 to $500, depending on the service and provider.

• Full-day EMDR intensives are available for $1500, including structured breaks and individualized preparation and follow-up.

We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. Our goal is to make therapy more accessible while still supporting the sustainability of our practice. If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss current availability.

We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
