Our Therapeutic Tabletop Role-Playing Game (TTRPG) groups use collaborative storytelling and gameplay to help neurodivergent individuals build confidence and practice social skills in a fun, supportive environment.

In these groups, participants create characters and work together to navigate challenges, solve problems, and achieve shared goals within the game. Along the way, group members practice communication, cooperation, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation — all while immersed in a creative, engaging story.

These groups are especially well-suited for autistic and ADHD participants who may find traditional social skills groups too rigid or intimidating. TTRPGs provide structure and safety while also encouraging imagination, flexibility, and teamwork.
