Meet Us

A rustic wooden shed sits in an open grassy field with the jagged mountains of the Teton Range in the background under a partly cloudy blue sky.

We’re a small, values-driven practice that helps people navigate the deeper work of healing with curiosity, respect, and the tools that actually fit.

We specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and teens, people in addiction recovery, and those living with trauma or OCD. We know that healing looks different for every brain, and we’re not here to “fix” you. Instead, we meet you where you are. We offer therapy that’s affirming, practical, and grounded in what actually helps.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care.

That’s why we each bring our own focused expertise:

“Self-care is making the choice to build a life that you do not regularly need to escape from.”

-Brianna West

I have a firmly held belief that everyone deserves to not just survive life, but fully participate in it. One of the most important factors of success in therapy is your relationship with the counselor. It is a big reason why finding a counselor who is a "good fit" is an important decision. That important decision can seem paralyzing but know that I am here to walk alongside you in any way that I can as you build the life that you want. As a counselor, my commitment is to provide a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your challenges, discover your strengths, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth in the pursuit of a life that you do not need to regularly escape from.

Originally from Atlanta, I moved to Nashville to start my practice in 2019. I graduated from Wheaton College with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Psychology. I am licensed to practice counseling in the state of Tennessee both virtually and in person as an LPC-MHSP. I am also a member of the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association (TLPCA).

I have worked in various therapeutic settings including hospitals, schools, in-home services, and private practice. My belief is that at its core, counseling is about relationships. I am amazed by the beauty that is created when one is given the space to rest, be, and feel safe and valued. You have a voice in your life and a say in the steps you take, and my hope is that you can hear that voice more clearly than before. Broadly defined, my sessions are typically a combination of processing deeply while simultaneously equipping you with the skills to manage life in the present. My hope is that you are given the tools in counseling to be able to live life currently, to feel at peace with life in the past, and to more confidently walk through life in the future.

In the words of my favorite actor from my favorite movie, “Your future hasn’t been written yet. No one’s has! Your future is whatever you make it. So make it a good one!” - Doc Brown

  • Your first session is about getting to know you, at your pace and in your own words. We will talk about what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and any concerns or questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything right away.

We will also go over your intake paperwork, explain how sessions work, and begin setting some goals together. If you are new to therapy or unsure where to start, that is completely okay. We are here to guide the process and make sure you feel safe, supported, and understood.

  • We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.

  • Individual sessions range from $155 to $165, depending on the provider and service.
Intensives range from $465 to $495 for 3-hour sessions and up to $1500 for full-day EMDR intensives.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from trauma and distressing experiences. It's especially useful when talk therapy hasn't been enough. We’d be happy to help you explore whether it’s a good fit.

  • Intensives involve longer, focused sessions that allow for deeper therapeutic work. They’re ideal for clients wanting to address specific issues more quickly or for those transitioning from higher levels of care. Each intensive is tailored to your needs and includes preparation and follow-up support
